I own the HomeWell Care Services office in Orlando, and I write songs. Those two things sound unrelated until you have sat with somebody who has stopped answering to their own name and watched them answer to a melody.
What I am the authority on is the part families find hardest: choosing well under pressure, and paying for it without gambling the house. I read long term care policies with families, I give real numbers for private pay, and I say plainly when care is not the right answer yet.
I write here in English and in Spanish, because a family should not have to translate the worst week of their year.
